Physicians
join UPMC Horizon medical staff
Farrell
and Greenville, PA — UPMC Horizon recently welcomed
five new physicians to its active medical staff: Allen Budek, DO,
family practice; Ronald Cramer, DO, gastroenterology; Joseph Frank,
MD, pediatrics; Michael Ginsburg, MD; emergency medicine; and Michael
Millin, DO, occupational medicine.
Dr. Budek earned
his medical degree from the University of New England College of
Osteopathic Medicine, Biddeford, Maine. He completed an internship
and family practice residency at UPMC Horizon, Shenango Valley.
A member of
the National Health Service Corps, the American College of Osteopathic
Physicians, the American Medical Association, and the Pennsylvania
Osteopathic Medical Association, Dr. Budek is certified by the American
Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.
Dr. Budek is
affiliated with the Primary Health Network. His office is located
at Sheakleyville Health Center, 3339 Perry Highway, Sheakleyville.

Dr. Cramer earned
his medical degree from Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine,
North Miami Beach, Fla. He completed an internship at Clarion Osteopathic
Hospital, Clarion, Pa., and an internal medicine residency and gastroenterology
fellowship at Western Pennsylvania Hospital, Pittsburgh.
Dr. Cramer has
office locations at 713 Wood St., Clarion, Pa., and 1000 S. Mercer

Dr. Frank, who
earned his medical degree from Northeastern Ohio Universities College
of Medicine, is joining the practice of Cheryl Duffy, MD. He completed
a pediatric residency at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital,
Cleveland, and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics
and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Ginsburg
brings to UPMC Horizon more than 30 years of experience in emergency
medicine. Most recently, he was medical director of the UPMC/Qatar
Emergency Project. He also served as medical director for Emergency
Resource Management Incorporated (ERMI), a UPMC groups that manages
14 hospital emergency departments in western Pennsylvania.
A graduate of
the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Ginsburg earned his medical degree
from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He completed
an internship at the University of North Carolina Memorial Hospital
in Chapel Hill.
Dr. Millin,
who earned his medical degree from Oklahoma College of Osteopathic
Medicine in Tulsa, completed a family practice residency at UPMC
Horizon. He is a diplomate of the National Board of Osteopathic
Medical Examiners and is board certified by the American College
of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
Dr. Millin provides
occupational medicine services at UPMC Horizon’s Greenville
and Shenango Valley campuses.
