Womancare Center to host "Mommy and Me" exercise class

Hermitage, PA — The Womancare Center of UPMC Horizon, affiliated with Magee-Womens Hospital, will host a “Mommy and Me” exercise class on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. beginning May 6. This class is free and open to pregnant women and new moms.

Class instructor is Danielle Marrie, RN, RNC, an obstetrics nurse certified in maternal newborn care who is currently working at The Birth Place of UPMC Horizon. Participants in UPMC Horizon’s “Blueprints” prenatal program will have the opportunity to earn “blocks” by attending this class.
