UPMC Horizon's Occupational
and Environmental Medicine Services offers you and your employees the
convenience of prompt treatment at two locations, Greenville and Farrell.
While other area health care providers encourage use of hospital emergency
rooms for initial treatment of on-the-job injuries, UPMC Horizon sites
are specifically designed to deal with minor injuries during normal business
hours. Injured workers are required to use emergency services on evenings
and weekends only.
UPMC Horizon has the
largest staff in the area with qualified health care providers including
certified medical review officers and occupational health nurses. Our
staff is committed to assisting employers in:
